About Us

Eric Lee and Alan Diamante have a proven track record in overcoming visa denials and in re-uniting families in the United States. In 2022, this firm successfully argued a case before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in which the court ruled that the State Department violated the U.S. Constitution by denying a visa to the immigrant spouse of a U.S. citizen.
